If you volunteered to help out, or would like to help out making the Sex Worker News section expand grow and stay up to date, then this is how you do it!

SETUP:

1. If you don’t already have an account with Delicious then setup an account.
2. After setup, then install the bookmarklet (or one of the bookmarking toolbars if you wish).
3. Send me the username you setup in step 1. I have to set up the website to recognize entries from you. In the meantime you can start posting stories! (the website will grab all of the ones you add regardless of when).

TO USE:

* Whenever you find a news story you want on the website, simply click the ‘Post to Del.ico.us’ link that you installed on step 2 above. It will open a screen similar to this:

The only important part is the tag ‘swopnews’ (any case is fine). The rest you can leave as is, or you can change to your hearts content. It can take up to 1.5 hours for your news to actually make it to the front page after saving (generally only a few minutes or so).

Remember anything you post to delicious is public by default, and if you want to use it for saving your own bookmarks, etc then you are very welcome to do that.

For the technically curious:

All I'm doing is stealing your swopnews tag from delicious as a RSS feed. So if you'd rather me steal an RSS feed from somewhere else, I can do that happily, just send me the feed.
