Inland Empire Craigslist TS/TV flagging and abuse issues.

My name is TS Jennifer from the Inland Empire California. I use craigslist.org for most of my advertising in Southern California and have for the past three years. craigslist has brought me at least 90% of the business I have done here. I travel from city to city at least once a month to entertain my regular clients.

I use craigslist to post and reach them and also new business.

I like craigslist a lot because it is so large and brings business leads

right away. Well over the past year a very small number of the Inland Empire craigslist community has began to discriminate against the Transsexual entertainers and providers here in the Inland Empire area. When any TS person submits a posting in the t4m section of craigslist erotic service it gets flagged and removed almost right away, Even if there is nothing wrong with the post at all.

Flagged only because the post is from a Transsexual or Transgender person.

I have Ben in contact with the other Trans people in the area and have tried to educate them on what is going on here and explaining to them that it's not me flagging them like they think.

I have finally able to reach Craig Newmark the owner of Craigslist after months of attempts to reach his staff about this issue with a response back. After explaining to him via email and blog postings to his blog what is going on here he began to assist me a little and he also explained to me that he is a very busy man and has a big load on his plate with a web sight as big and busy as his that he has this flagging system in place for the public to police the sight and that is the best way to handle this kind of sight. He also said to contact him via email when clear abuse and hate postings come up and he and his staff will handle it.

And they did come up just as they made for over a year now. When they did I sent Craig and his staff copies of the hate postings and I also posted a copy of the post on Craigs Blog page, He responded fast and did remove the hate posting for me. I then Confronted him with the fact that all of us t4m posters get flagged off in just minutes and asked for his help after showing him a copy of my craigslist account page showing him there is not a thing wrong with my postings.

He told me to try to repost and see what happened and I did. My post was flagged down again right after that. I sent Craig another email asking him what he was up to he then relayed my email to hes friend Clint Powell a manager on his sight.

I have Ben in contact with Craig and Clint a few times now and nothing seams to be happening with the issue of flagging abuse on us TS people. We can not seam to get help with this issue in the flag help forums, Craig or his staff so my question for you the public, What should we TS people here do? Where do we go for help or clear answers on this?
