Kat Walker is a well known in Houston, Texas and is an activist in human rights issues.Kat has a marketing and real estate background and has worked as an exotic dancer in Houston for over 10 years on and off since 1985.Kat is passionate about seeing an end to abuse and harassment of sex workers. Through SWOP and other organizations, Kat is helping to push forward the movement in Houston to re-educate the mainstream public on the profession and the women who work in it.Kat is currently working on a book to be published sometime next year on the industry.Hopefully some of the proceeds of the book can go toward funding legal help for sex workers and also help push for more public support and education.
