Salina Brilla

Salina Brilla is originally from Chicago. This artist/student/writer/photographer came to Alabama 2 years ago. She has worked as a food server on the graveyard shift all over Chicago and encountered all kinds of people including sex workers of different types. She realized after moving to Alabama that things are the same all over. All people are not treated fairly. " I believe that we as a society can never really be free until the rights of ALL people are protected. Further more, it is not the business of anyone, especially the government, what consenting adults do together or what any woman chooses to do with her body for that matter." She believes same sex marriage, prostitution and marijuana use should be left as choices for individuals to make, not law enforcement.
